Bachelor in Occupational Therapy Bsc

For BSc Occupational Therapy, tuition is 19,320 GBP per year.

Occupational therapy is defined by the activities that give our lives meaning—from the independence required to manage a household to the social connections fostered through work and leisure. At Brunel, you will explore the barriers that prevent individuals from engaging in these essential tasks, whether those obstacles are physical, psychological, or contextual. The programme is built on the premise that you must be a creative problem-solver; you might find yourself designing a kitchen adaptation for an amputee or utilizing therapeutic arts, music, or even specialized hobbies to facilitate a patient's rehabilitation journey.

The Keep Living Suite

You will translate theory into practice within our purpose-built Keep Living Suite, a facility designed to mirror real-world environments. Here, you will master the use of clinical equipment, from bathroom aids to complex seating configurations, preparing you for the nuanced, hands-on nature of the profession. Whether you are working with children navigating developmental coordination disorders or supporting older adults in maintaining their independence, you will learn to integrate anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based research into every clinical decision. This is a programme for motivated individuals who view health not just as the absence of disease, but as the ability to participate fully in life.
