Tuition fees for Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BSc, 4 Years) are 10,800 EUR per year. The program admits students on a rolling basis.

Programme Profile

The aim of the program is to provide graduates with the academic background that will make them specialists in the field of physiotherapy, having acquired the scientific and professional qualifications to enable them to be employed either in the private or the public sector, such as in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, private physical therapy clinics, rehabilitation centers and others.

The students of the program acquire knowledge and skills through an integrated academic and practical background, which is based on the available scientific evidence (Evidence Based Physiotherapy) and adapts to the rapid technological developments in the field of physiotherapy.

Graduates of the Physiotherapy program have combined an understanding of theory with practical and clinical experience to be able to enhance the societal role of the science of physiotherapy in promoting and advocating public health. Graduates have acquired the theoretical basis for further studies and/or research, thus contributing to the lifelong learning and scientific training of professional physiotherapists.

Programme Profile

Graduates will be able, upon completion of their studies, to apply for registration at the Cypriot Physiotherapist Registration Council in order to secure a license to practice the profession of physiotherapist.

Having obtained their license, they will be able to be employed in the private sector as employees or in public hospitals and clinics, in sports clubs, in rehabilitation centers or wherever else a professional physiotherapist is required, following the criteria set by the Republic of Cyprus.

Physiotherapy graduates upon obtaining their degree can apply in any foreign country, to the corresponding institution, for the recognition of their degree and then the issuance of a professional practice license (e.g. DOATAP in Greece).

Access to Further Studies

Graduates of the programme can be accepted into Second Cycle degrees (Master’s Degree).
