Preparation for the Teaching Profession

The Preparation for the Teaching Profession program is a one-year non-degree course at the University of Wrocław, taught in English. It's for individuals who have completed a master's degree and want to become teachers. This program offers a mix of online and in-person classes, making it suitable for working professionals.

The curriculum includes pedagogy, psychology, and didactics. Students will gain practical experience with 150 hours of teaching practice, helping them manage classrooms and support diverse learners. They will develop skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.

Graduates can become primary school teachers, secondary school teachers, or subject specialists in mathematics, biology, or languages. They can also explore opportunities in educational administration, curriculum development, and educational consulting. Other potential job titles include education coordinator, teacher trainer, and school counselor.
