Signature School Partnerships

The core of the experience lies in our extensive network of partner schools across Hampshire and the surrounding regions. You will transition from observational learning to independent teaching, supported by experienced mentors who guide your development in lesson planning, classroom management, and inclusive pedagogical strategies. The programme is built to challenge your assumptions about learning while equipping you with the professional resilience required to lead a secondary classroom effectively.

By blending university-led seminars with sustained, immersive school placements, you gain a dual perspective: the critical, evidence-based approach of a researcher and the reflexive, adaptive skill set of a practitioner. It is an ideal path for those seeking to make a tangible impact on the next generation of learners while earning a postgraduate-level qualification that reflects advanced engagement with education theory.
