Master in Systems Engineering for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems or Biomedical Micro Engineering

Students who thrive at this programme are those who can take on the challenge of the english-language core module on 'Scientific work and attending the Seminar Series' and can demonstrate this through the 5 ECTS. Others will enjoy the ability to explore their interests in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) or biomedical micro engineering (BME) through the module structure, which includes the choice of 10 ECTS and 5 ECTS modules.

This programme's structure allows for flexibility in language choice, with some modules available in either German or English, depending on student demand, and partnering with external firms and institutions for practical projects.
