The Travel & Tourism Intermediate program at Bedford College is for students who want to learn about the travel industry. This one-year non-degree program is taught in English and helps students gain practical skills.

Students learn about customer service, travel destinations, and how to book travel arrangements. They also get hands-on experience with industry-standard software and take part in role-playing activities to develop their communication skills.

After completing the program, students can work as travel agents, tour operators, or tourism information officers. They can also find jobs as airline customer service representatives, hotel receptionists, or holiday representatives.
