Students drawn to mindfulness and contemplative practices will appreciate the mindfulness and meditation modules of this unique Master of Meditation. It offers a profound engagement with contemplative practices, including seated meditation and mindfulness.

The course is run in collaboration with the University of Udine.

Through a combination of theoretical and experiential learning, students develop strong contemplative skills and critical thinking, and also gain valuable teaching skills to share these practices with others.
