Work Skills Pathways

The Work Skills Pathways program at Barnfield College is for students who want to gain practical skills for the workplace. This non-degree program is taught in English and lasts for a year. You'll get help finding a job and developing skills that employers want.

In this program, you'll learn skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. You'll also get hands-on experience in a real work setting, which will help you build your confidence and get ready for a job.

After completing this program, you can apply for jobs like Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Sales Assistant. You can work in industries like healthcare, hospitality, or retail, and employers like supermarkets, hotels, or offices might hire you.
