This programme combines theoretical knowledge of vehicle development and engineering with practical experience in a company, beginning with a half-year apprenticeship, such as a metalworker specializing in construction technology or commercial vehicle technology. Students progress through alternating theoretical and practical phases in a 9-semester Ulm Model or a 7-semester 'In-depth Practice' model, tailored to work on modern vehicle technologies.
