The Industrial Engineering and Management program combines technical production knowledge with business and management skills. Core study areas include technical fundamentals of production systems, production methods, quality and safety management, business economics, supply chain management and ERP systems, and leadership. The curriculum is aligned with practices and tools used in local and international industries. Students can also choose from 15-credit elective modules covering areas such as robotics, battery technology, the hydrogen economy, sustainable development, data analysis, and AI. This allows students to develop focused expertise alongside the core program content. The program starts in January 2027 and runs for 4 years. It is offered at Vaasa University of Applied Sciences in Vaasa, Finland.
