Dr. Gábor Almási heads the BSc in Computer Science, a three-year programme aimed at training coders and software developers ready for the IT sector or further study at master's level. The foundational coursework covers discrete mathematics, calculus, linear algebra, numerical analysis, probability and statistics, and mathematical logic alongside system design, programming methodology and software technology.

After collecting 90 credits from the fundamental courses, students choose between an academic specialization weighted toward applied and theoretical mathematics — operations research, advanced algorithm theory — and an applied track.
