The MSc in Computer Engineering at RWTH Aachen University focuses on the architecture, design, realisation, evaluation, and operation of computer, communication, and embedded systems, with particular attention to hardware and system-related software. All students complete a laboratory or project, a seminar, and a six-month Master's thesis concluded with an oral defence. The Scientific Integrity module is compulsory for all students. German language courses (8 ECTS) are compulsory for students who cannot certify a German language level of at least B1.
