Culinary Skills Intermediate

The Culinary Skills Intermediate is a non-degree program for aspiring chefs, taught in English and lasting 1 year. It helps students develop their cooking abilities and prepare for a career in the culinary industry.

This program teaches essential cooking techniques, theory, and practical training in a live kitchen environment, including preparing dishes for the college restaurant and events. Students will be assessed through timed cooking demonstrations and written tests.

Graduates can become commis chefs, catering managers, restaurant supervisors, kitchen managers, or executive chefs, working in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies, and can further their studies with the Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
