Master in Dentistry

For Master in Dentistry, tuition is 6,500 EUR per year; the deadline to apply for the May 2027 intake is Jul 15, 2027.

The English-taught Dentistry programme at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova is a six-year, 360-ECTS degree with 30 places open to applicants of all nationalities for the 2026-2027 intake. Admission is by evaluation of the candidate's academic file, high-school science subjects and a university application essay, with no written entrance exam. As with Medicine, clinical training shifts to Romanian from the fourth year to prepare students for supervised patient care in the faculty's dental clinics. The degree is recognised across the European Union under EU sectoral directives for the regulated profession of dentist, and Craiova's smaller cohort size gives international students more direct access to clinical staff than at Romania's larger dental schools.
