Gastronomy and Culinary Arts combines practical cooking skills with the study of food culture, nutrition, and the business side of the hospitality industry. Students learn cooking techniques, kitchen management, menu planning, and food safety alongside coursework in food history, sensory analysis, and the cultural significance of regional cuisines.
