Independent Baker

The Independent Baker program is designed for students who are passionate about baking and want to turn their culinary skills into a profession. This vocational training lasts for 2 to 3 years and is offered in both full-time (BOL) and part-time (BBL) formats. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy creativity in food preparation.

Throughout the program, students will learn to create a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and cakes. The curriculum emphasizes quality control, hygiene practices, and innovative recipe development. Students will also gain practical experience through internships, preparing them for the dynamic baking industry.

Graduates of this program can pursue various job titles such as Artisan Baker, Pastry Chef, or Bakery Manager. They may find employment in artisanal bakeries, patisseries, or even start their own baking business. The skills acquired are transferable across the food industry, opening doors to diverse culinary careers.
