Diplome de Cuisine

Tuition fees for Diplome de Cuisine are 35,500 EUR for the 9-month program.

The professional culinary diploma: food hygiene and safety practice, basic and complex dishes and seasonings, contemporary technique including vacuum and low-temperature cooking, cooking meat and fish to order, and the organisational side of production. Graduates can formalise new recipes and take responsibility in a professional kitchen.

Available in standard or intensive format.

Practical classes, demonstrations and theory are taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
