Construction and the Built Environment

The Level 3 Construction and the Built Environment program at Belfast Metropolitan College is for students who want to learn about construction. This non-degree program takes one year to complete and is taught in English.

Students will learn about construction methods, building design, and site management. They will also develop skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication through hands-on projects and site visits.

Graduates can work as construction site managers, building inspectors, or quantity surveyors. They can find jobs in construction companies, government agencies, or consulting firms, such as Arup or Atkins.
