MA Stage Management is a one-year, full-time postgraduate course validated by King's College London, delivered in London with a professional placement. The programme gives in-depth training in stage management alongside a broad-based understanding of the other areas of technical theatre production, preparing students for stage management careers in theatre, events and live performance.

The course covers the different roles within stage management and the team structures found across varying scales and types of theatre and performance, with an emphasis on leadership, professional creative collaboration, and building inclusive, safe working spaces.

Teaching is delivered through a combination of teaching sessions, masterclasses and practical production show-role experience, both within the Academy and in a professional setting during the final-term placement.
