Architecture is a master's degree program at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, running three semesters and taught in English, with yearly tuition of 4400 EUR. Graduates of the programme are described as gaining knowledge and skills across architectural design, city planning, and conservationist design, as well as spatial planning, the history and theory of architecture, the theory of city planning, selected elements of fine arts, technical sciences connected to the field, and the humanities, along with an understanding of the role of the architectural profession in society and its effect on the quality of the environment. The programme structure includes major subjects such as Architecture Design for Mixed-Use Public Complexes and Architectural Design for Industry Conservation Design, organized into typological and conceptual design modules. Applicants need a bachelor's degree diploma allowing entry to second-cycle studies in the country where it was issued, legalized and translated into English or Polish by a certified translator, along with proof of English competence at a minimum of B2 level, identity documents, a photo, and a relevant portfolio.
