The University of Nicosia started the first medical program in Cyprus in 2011 by offering the St George’s, University of London Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) graduate-entry program. The University is the largest private university, and the first medical school, in Cyprus, which is also ranked one of the safest countries in the world for students.
