The school's flagship qualification, combining the Diplome de Cuisine and the Diplome de Patisserie into one nine-month programme. It is the qualification Le Cordon Bleu is best known for.

Open to beginners; no prior experience or practical knowledge is required. Teaching runs through demonstrations, practical classes, theory classes and practical workshops.

Practical classes, demonstrations and theory are taught in French and consecutively translated into English.
