Intensive Professional Program in Bread Baking

Twelve intensive weeks learning to make exceptional breads and French pastries, working through the subtleties of fermentation, leading to a FERRANDI Paris certificate. An optional two-month internship follows.

Taught in English; applicants must speak English fluently. The fee includes uniforms, course materials and excursions.
