MA Movement: Directing and Teaching is a one-year, full-time (or two-year part-time) specialist vocational degree (180 credits) developing expertise in movement teaching and movement directing of the actor - the first course of its kind in Europe. Training emphasises Laban's movement philosophy and Lecoq's spatial/physical techniques, drawing on Feldenkrais, Roth, Suzuki, Alexander, Pisk, Humphries, Barba and Grotowski.

• Placements at conservatoires (East 15, Guildford School of Acting, Rose Bruford) and companies (Welsh National Opera, Young Vic, Royal Shakespeare Company) in the UK and abroad
