NMC's FAQ for the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations, 2021 states that covered foreign medical graduates need at least 54 months of study and a 12-month internship in the same foreign institution. It distinguishes the internship from clinical posting during the course and also describes a supervised internship in India after qualification. This is a home-country rule, not confirmation that any Russian programme meets it.
