Cook Together, Eat Together

The ALFIE program at Berkshire College of Agriculture is a non-degree program that focuses on cooking and eating together. It's a year-long program taught in English. The main advantage is that it helps students build confidence and social skills.

The program teaches students how to cook healthy meals and work in a team. They learn about different ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques. Students also participate in hands-on activities like cooking and serving meals.

After completing the program, students can work as Kitchen Assistants, Food Preparers, or Catering Assistants. They can find jobs in restaurants, cafes, or care homes. Employers like food service companies and hospitality providers often hire students who have completed this program.
