Cookery Club

The Cookery Club program at Belfast Metropolitan College is for students who are passionate about cooking. This non-degree program takes a year to complete and is taught in English. It gives students the opportunity to learn new cooking skills and recipes.

The curriculum focuses on practical cooking skills, with students learning how to prepare and cook a variety of dishes. They develop their skills in food preparation, presentation, and safety. The program also includes hands-on cooking sessions where students can practice their skills.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as Chef Assistants, Catering Assistants, or Food Preparation Workers. They can work in industries like hospitality, catering, or food service, and find employment with organizations like restaurants, hotels, or cafes.
