Level 3 Apprenticeship Professional Cookery

The Level 3 Apprenticeship Professional Cookery program at Belfast Metropolitan College is for students who want to become skilled chefs. This non-degree program takes one year to complete and is taught in English. Its main advantage is that it helps students gain practical cooking skills.
